The Easy Guide to Making Delicious Blood Orange Marmalade

Have you ever wanted to buy orange marmalade? I have. After going through every possible supermarket it turns out that it’s not the easiest thing to find. Even if they had orange marmalade, it came in a form of a minuscule jars with a nasty price tag.

Nevertheless, I bought a couple of them. After trying them out I wished I didn’t. Some were awfully sweet, to the point that you couldn’t even tell it was made of oranges. The others were extremely bitter, definitely not enjoyable. None were just right.

I decided to go the DIY route. I wanted an orange marmalade that was just right. It can’t be THAT hard. As it turns out, it isn’t.

The 5 Principles of Lazy Gardening

Lazy catLet’s cut to the chase. People are lazy. Yes, even gardeners. We won’t do the work, unless it’s absolutely necessary. Even then, procrastination is king.

The thing with gardening is, the work there never stops. There’s the constant digging, sowing, watering, pruning, harvesting etc. What if I’d tell you that you can cut down the work substantially, while getting more out of your garden?

The party is just getting started. Stop on by!

Wow, this is exciting! It’s finally happening. This is my first post on permablogger.net. There’s no going back. Now that I started, I’ll just have to keep at it. That’s the whole point of writing a blog. Once you start, you have to keep publishing posts. Regularly.

Why a blog? As far as I know it’s the easiest way to get your word out. What I’m trying to do here is present my take on the wonderful topic of permaculture. I hope you’ll join me as I explore different topics of permaculture, read every book I can get my hands on, watch every DVD, inspect every web page.
