New batches of blood orange marmalade

We had an excess of blood oranges, which could mean only one thing. Let’s make some more orange marmalade!

1285g orange juice

260g sugar

1 Gelfix extra

2nd batch (15 oranges):

1310g orange juice

1 lemon ball

275g sugar

1 Gelfix extra
