How to Make Pumpkin Marmalade

I admit, pumpkin marmalade doesn’t sound all that inviting. If I were to choose, I’d much rather have a pumpkin soup. Surprisingly, that one is actually REALLY good.

But, we had a quite large pumpkin and it was too big to make just soup out of it. Therefore we decided to make marmalade. Again :)

The Easy Guide to Making Delicious Blood Orange Marmalade

Have you ever wanted to buy orange marmalade? I have. After going through every possible supermarket it turns out that it’s not the easiest thing to find. Even if they had orange marmalade, it came in a form of a minuscule jars with a nasty price tag.

Nevertheless, I bought a couple of them. After trying them out I wished I didn’t. Some were awfully sweet, to the point that you couldn’t even tell it was made of oranges. The others were extremely bitter, definitely not enjoyable. None were just right.

I decided to go the DIY route. I wanted an orange marmalade that was just right. It can’t be THAT hard. As it turns out, it isn’t.
